My name is Rashid.
I am 68 years old. I have spent my career in business — building, advising, watching, and learning from founders who were exceptional at what they did and almost invisible online.
I know this story because it was also mine.
I built things I was proud of. I had clients who trusted me completely. And for years, if you looked me up — really looked — you would have found almost nothing that reflected the quality of the work or the depth of the thinking behind it.
That gap between who you are and how you appear — I have felt it. I know what it costs.

The agency was born from a specific conviction: that the founders who have built the most are often the least well-served by the marketing industry. They are offered templates and trends and tools designed for someone half their age with a tenth of their experience.
What they need is someone who asks different questions. Someone who has been in business long enough to know what those questions are.
That someone is me.
What does UH² mean?
The name is deliberate. Every character of it.
UH² stands for three names — the names of my grandchildren.

Three names. One agency. A lifetime of work dedicated to showing them what is possible when a man refuses to stop growing.
I built this for them — so that one day, when they are old enough to understand, they will know that their grandfather saw a changing world and chose to change with it. That he used every tool available — including artificial intelligence — to build something worthy of their names.
And there is something that moves me deeply about this: I have three grandchildren — Umar, Hanzalah, and Haalah. And I offer three service packages. One for each of them. Each one a legacy in its own right.

Every engagement begins with a discovery session — 90 minutes, one-on-one. We ask the questions that matter. You answer them honestly.
From that conversation, we build. Everything we produce is grounded in what we learned about you — not in what is trending, not in what is easy, not in what looks impressive in a portfolio.
